So, if you’re feeling classy and want a nice place to give a special kiss to that significant other, look no further.
With a four-course menu with optional wine and beer pairings, you might as well spend your New Year’s celebrating German-style at newly opened the Radler (@DasRadler, 2375 N. Milwaukee Ave.). Check out their Facebook page for the menu; chef Nathan Sears is still drawing it up. LoganSquarist tip: whether you pick the pairings or not, definitely order the house beer in the signature one-liter size. Diners cannot go wrong with a Maß!

Longman & Eagle
Longman & Eagle (@LongmanAndEagle, 2657 N. Kedzie Ave.), Logan Square’s signature fine dining establishment (did you know they have a Michelin star?), concocted two separate New Year’s menus. For seating times at both 5:30 pm and 8 pm, they are offering a five-course chef’s menu. For seating at 10:30 pm, diners can enjoy an eight-course dinner complete with a midnight champagne toast. There will be optional beer and wine pairings.

Billy Sunday (@billysunday, 3143 W. Logan Blvd.) is creating their cocktail and drink expertise alongside some exceptional food offerings. The eats include caviar, oysters, pig, turtle, beef tongue and charcuterie. The drink selection is composed of punch romaine, cider, cocktails (prepared with rare spirits!) and archaic wines.
