Logan Square’s brightest holiday tradition is the incredible display in the yard of 2656 W. Logan Blvd., a house famous around the city for its display of lights and decorations.
The house, located at Logan Boulevard and Talman Avenue, is owned by Frank Lopez, a longtime Logan resident who’s been decorating his yard since 1983. Lopez made all of the decorations himself at his workshop, Chicago Wire Design Company, Chicagoist reports.
This year, the functioning Ferris wheel is gone, but the palm trees, flying reindeer and trio of ascending geese remain. LoganSquarist photographer Norma Rios stopped by and captured the photos below.
