What made you interested in putting on events for LoganSquarist?
I had just returned to the neighborhood after a hiatus and really wanted to begin creating a network of friends and contacts in the area.
What is your favorite LoganSquarist event you managed?
I love the May fundraiser! It’s always a great time and we give back to the community which makes me feel good about what we do.
What is your favorite restaurant in Logan Square?
Oh, I have many, but the place that gets most of my dollars on a regular basis is Dena Kitchen on Fullerton Avenue.
What’s your favorite thing to do in the neighborhood?
I love walking the 606 and exploring all the bars and shops that are popping up on Armitage Avenue.
What has been the best part about joining the team?
This is such a great, diverse group of people from all walks of life. It’s honestly the perfect storm of personalities, and we come together to do great things to socialize our neighborhood.
