Alderman Robert Maldonado of the 26th Ward announced Jan. 17 he is hosting a second job fair in neighboring Humboldt Park tomorrow morning, Jan. 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at the Humboldt Park Field House (1440 N. Humboldt Drive) for victims from Hurricane Maria as well as the general public. The job fair will bring twelve companies and two employment programs eager to hire, according to the press release.
“Some of these employers are so anxious to fill their open positions they are willing to hire on the spot!” reported Maldonado.
