It’s a pretty cool day for ice cream. New ice cream shop Pretty Cool Ice Cream opened in the old post office space (2353 N. California Ave.) with over 50 ice cream flavors, custards and dairy-free options all made in-house. Everything is made in-house and you can see the action from a window in the back. People lined up outside before its 11 a.m. opening time to try the ice cream and discover a new flavor. Excited children and families, dogs and adults showed up to get bedazzled with color, taste and homemade ice cream.
