Few activities embody the escapism, flexibility and self-regulation necessary to survive the Chicago winter quite like yoga.
Whether you find yourself in the child’s pose often or are looking for a new pursuit, Logan Square is home to multiple independent yoga studios that can add a dose of mindfulness—and barrels of sweat—to your routine.
Peruse the studios’ schedules, pricing and special offers below to start mentally preparing to break free from your hibernation.
