Laura returned to Chicago this year after living in Prague, Poland, Hawaii, and New Orleans. She's written for the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Sun-Times, Time Out Magazine, and Newcity Magazine. Laura is a Fulbright scholar and holds degrees in Fiction Writing and Linguistics. When not writing, Laura teaches and draws.
