Tracy Kellner spent almost 10 years working front of house positions in restaurants, where she learned about the synergy of food and wine and how to treat guests to an experience. She worked in nonprofit before moving to the corporate world for eight years, where she honed her business management skills. In 2005, she left office life to open Provenance Food & Wine, which opened its first location in February 2006. She has sat on the board of the Logan Square Chamber of Commerce and taught classes at the Illinois Institute of Art in Culinary Retail Management.
